One of the most common questions we get asked is about why something isn’t working:
why a DVR isn’t powering on, why security cameras aren’t working (blacking out or video loss), or why the security hard drive isn’t detected.
Quite often, insufficient power supply is the main driver of these issues. Basically, there’s not enough power to operate the DVR, cameras, or hard drive.
The easiest way to resolve this is to use the DVR power adapter that comes along with our security DVR.
