Please check the front panel of your DVR to ensure that it belongs to the "HD 2MP" series product. Next, navigate to the DVR Menu bar, click on "Information," and access the "Information" page to find the DVR Model: 4CH(M_IX_HB), 4CH(M_VIII_HB) and 8CH(M_VIII_HB), 16CH(M_VII_HB).
