    Yes, TIGERSECU lasted H.265 HD 2MP(1080P) 16 channel DVR supports remote viewing on Firefox browser. Port forwarding is required since you must input the Public IP: DVR HTTPS port into the URL bar for remote access.

    Or, connect the DVR and computer to the same network, then input the DVR's local IP into the URL bar to access the DVR within the LAN.

    IE(Internet Explorer) is the only web browser supported for other HD 2MP and 5MP models.

    However, we provide the free TIGERSECU CMS for customers to access their DVR on Windows computers and Macs, which is quite easy. Click here to see the detailed instructions.
