    Hi Juanita,

    Please attempt to go to Main Menu – Maintenance -Reset Default to set the DVR to factory default settings.

    Once the resetting is completed, 

    1. If the login interface appears, try to log in again with the default password 00000000 (eight zeros).

    2. If the system enters the password-creating interface, you can directly create a new password for your DVR here for login. The password should have a minimum of 6 alpha-numeric characters, including at least one letter. Special characters are not supported.

    If you have locked the system and cannot reset it, please contact us through service@tigersecu.com with your purchase order ID, and we'll provide a temporary password for you to access the menu for resetting.
